IMIME CAMP: BEFORE YOU ARRIVE-FAQ
Location: Macedonia Church- 600 Eisenhower Pkwy, Macon, GA
Dates: Monday, July 21-Friday, July 25, 2025
Time:6:00PM-8:00PM Nightly (Check-in begins at 5:45PM)
What’s the theme this year?
This year’s theme is “Living Proof”- reminding every student that despite challenges, they are the evidence of God’s love, grace, power, and purpose in the world.

Who will be supervising ?
Students will be guided by trained IMIME staff, camp coaches, and volunteers who are passionate about the youth development and safety. Security is our #1 priority and our trained security staff will be on duty.
What will students be doing all week?
Learning expressive mime and dance choreography
Participating in empowerment moments, leadership talks and team building
Preparing for the final worship experience on Friday, Night July 25, 2025 at 7pm
What time should I arrive each evening?
Please arrive by 5:45PM for check-in. Camp starts promptly at 6:00PM. Early arrival ensures your child doesnt miss opening announcements and empowerment.
Where do I drop off and pick up my child?
Drop-off and pick-up will take place at the main entrance of Macedonia Church. Look for signs and IMIME team members to guide you. Parents/guardians must sign campers in and out each night(Mandatory).
What Time to Pick my Child up?
Please arrive by 7:45pm to pick your student up from Camp. Camp will end at by 8pm each day.
What should my Child wear?
Comfortable, modest clothing suitable for movement (T-shirts,athletic shorts, or sweatpants)
Sneakers or closed-toe shoes are required (no sandals, flip-flops).
No crop tops, large hair pieces, or jewelry during practice or performances.
When will campers receive their camp t-shirts?
Everyone will receive their camp t-shirt on thursday evening during camp sessions. All tshirts are to be worn on Friday, July 25 at the worship experience. All students should also wear all black pants (No Shorts, No Jeans), black socks and white gloves. If you need to purchase gloves our preferred vendor is Beauty World 830 Pio Nono Ave Macon,GA
What should my child bring?
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
A water bottle labeled with their name (optional but recommended)
Any required medication (to be turned in to staff with instructions)
Campers do not need to bring props, costumes, or food. We’ll provide everything they need.
Will food be provided?
Yes! Each camper will receive a kid-friendly meal or snack each night. Plesse ensure we are aware of any food allergies that were not listed during registration.
How are students grouped?
Campers are divided by age:
Ages 4-7
Ages 8-11
Ages 12 and up
What is expected of Campers?
We ask that all campers:
Show respect to instructors, fellow campers, and church property
Come ready to listen, learn, participate and worship
Stay with their group and coaches at all times
Keep phones put away unless instructed otherwise. We are not responsible for any personal property.
Is there a final performance?
Yes! Our Final Worship Experience is on Friday, July 25,2025 at 7PM
The event is Free! Please Invite your family and friends to celebrate what your child has learned and created throughout the week!
What if my child misses a day?
We understand that things happen. However, we encourage full attendance for the best experience. If your child must miss a day, please notify the IMIME team in advance.
Are parents allowed to stay on campus during camp sessions?
All camp sessions are closed to the public. The only people allowed in the sesssions are campers, coaches, staff and volunteers. Parents are welcome to stay on campus in the lobby area only.
